How Service Reminders runs, step by step.

    Running estimated

    Average kilometres per day is calculated for each vehicle from its odometer at every visit.

  2. 2

    Due date predicted

    The next service is set by the earlier of time interval or kilometre interval for that model.

  3. 3

    Reminder sent

    A first reminder goes 7 days before due, a second on the due date, and a final one if no booking.

  4. 4

    Slot booked

    The customer chooses a day and time. The booking lands on the mechanic board with the deferred work list.
