1. Try before you pay
The 30-day free trial includes the Full Service package and needs no card. You are only charged if you choose a paid package after the trial.
2. Monthly packages
Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the month already paid. Partial months are not refunded.
3. Yearly packages
- Cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment for a full refund.
- After 14 days, we refund the unused full months, less the yearly discount applied to the months already used.
4. Downgrades
Moving to a smaller package applies from the next billing cycle. Any difference on a yearly plan is credited to your account for future invoices.
5. Fleet Service
Fleet Service refunds follow the terms of the agreement signed for your branches.
6. How to request
Use the Contact us page and choose “Help with my account”, with your workshop name and the email used to sign up. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
